Make payment online
During the booking process you’ll be able to make an online payment. Please contact us to confirm availability and price if you wish to schedule a call within the next 24 hours.
We’ll be in touch
We’ll confirm the call details with you by email. We’ll call if necessary to discuss your requirements. We’ll can also get in touch with the other party to confirm or schedule the call if required.
The conference call
We’ll call you 5 minutes before the scheduled call time to ensure we fully understand your requirements for the call. A conference call will then be setup between our interpreter, yourself and the third party. Once the call is complete a five minute ‘debrief’ is normal to discuss any issues that may have come up during the call. The call can be recorded if necessary and emailed in MP3 format.
